I ordered on the 28 July 2026, until today 19 September I haven't received my order. It's been a month saying it's in-transit. I tried emailing them,no response.

PickItNow does not deliver paid-for items
Placed an order on 24July 2026 - confirmed immediately afterwards. Received an order nr, that they also gave as Tracking Nr from DHL Couriers. After being unable to track this parcel after 2weeks, I contacted the couriers myself and they had no record of this 'tracking nr' or this company even. I emailed PickItNow again, expressing my concerns after reading the negative reviews online. 'Suzie Andries' from PickItNow ASSURED me their delivery only takes so long, because they don't charge shipping fees. And then afterwards they have a huge backlogg on their deliveries. I finally reported them to the Consumer Ombudsman and is awaiting my Refund now, after I threatened them with legal actions. Has anyone ever checked whether their 'physical store' even exists at the address on their website?

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. I recently bought two trousers from pickitnow.co.za on the 9th July 2026. Today it's the 15th July 2026 no response on my emails and their phone is unresponsive. 1st time experience with them went bad 👎 is it even legit?

I did not receive an order number thus…
I did not receive an order number thus I cannot trace my parcel. I am sure this is a scam - no correspondence after placing and paying for your order. Only took the money and dissappear in the mist.
