Review for Piano Roadmap

Review for Piano Roadmap

The very best Piano course i have ever seen and practiced with!!!
The graduated Pianist and Piano Teacher Susan de Kam has created
an excellent Piano Course on the bases of the wellknown Faber Piano Books Adult Piano Adventures 1 and 2.
Susan uses all the materials from the books and extent them with her own work in Studying the Piano and music in general.
There is a huge and sophisticated plan and the Lessons are scheduled on a day by day bases so the user is very clear what has to been studied and practiced.
After many years of doodling around my piano and looking into many online courses - thanks to the very common use of trial memberships -
I still feel insufficient in playing something, be it songs or classic pieces, not jazz and not blues with enough confidence and accompanying only rudimentary
i finally found this “Piano Roadmap Program”
I was never so motivated to play or even study after note sheets than now.
The first Programm from the first Book - which you need to purchase separately - contains around 195 “Days” with 5 or more video lessons each day, sightreading lessons in pdf from the very beginning and of course musictheory to study and many notations to try on your own at first. Solutions to every task are given and you can control yourself for good.
Homework yes, - oh, once hated now welcomed - how mesmerizing!
Strange at first was for me to try improvising with almost only a few restriction rules and in later lessons Susan gives wonderful criteria to extend and experiment that to feed creativity so on black keys to have a fling is exiting than ever before.
Mainly a classic oriented Piano program with excursions into folk music and ballads
( like the Faber Books) Susan spices several areas of music with her own developments and compositions or classics simplified at first so even beginners can prepare for the final classic piano music and can also easily spread out to modern playing with sophisticated chords and accompaniment.
One word - Excellent!
One sentence - the very best course i have seen so far!
Last recommendation - there is a 7 day trial - come and get it!
The very last remark - Susan de Kam is a very smart person, a humorous teacher and a successful pianist!
