very bad experience. Looking only for local patient.

very bad experience. I sent my request for a consultation for a possible physio therapy. They called me back explaining where they work around london and they promised me to send all details about working time and price. more than ten days later they completely disappeared , no more call or email. Absolutely no professional..

Sorry Francesco. Usually during the first call I ask for the email so I can send the T&Cs and all the instructions useful to book an appointment. Something went missing. I don't know how long ago have you tried to contact me. It could be during the Covid-19 emergency when I had to close the service and cancel all the bookings. I apologise again for any inconvenient.
