This is the worst company I have to deal with ever. First they delayed my order for 2 months. Then they sent me the counterfeits. I have all the proofs and evidences if needed. Beware of this supplier. There are better suppliers out there than this.

Unreliable Supplier with Poor Communication and Damaged Products
I had a disappointing experience with this supplier. I initially ordered 1,000 units, but they only shipped 600 units at first. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone, they ignored my messages for almost three weeks. After numerous follow-ups, they finally sent the remaining units, but 100 of them were damaged, and Amazon marked them as "Distributor Damaged."
This situation raised serious concerns about their reliability and professionalism. Recently, I tried reaching out to them about restocking, but once again, they are unresponsive. If they want to build and maintain relationships with their customers, they need to significantly improve their communication and overall service.

We made every effort to communicate and resolve the situation whenever it was brought to our attention. In fact, we have pre-shipment photos documenting that the units were undamaged prior to dispatch.
Unfortunately, in many cases, Amazon does not provide specific proof or detailed reports for claims marked as “Distributor Damaged,” which makes it challenging to address these issues accurately. We are always open to working with our partners to resolve any discrepancies and would appreciate any further documentation or details you may have regarding the damage or delayed shipments.

Better design needed
Great quality of thick gel padding. However, when a knee is bent, as when contacting the floor in a court sport, the space between the patella pad and main pad on this item is what likely hits the floor, leaving the knee unprotected. It's pretty evident from the photos that this design flaw exists, but we purchased it anyway to evaluate hands on.
