Great prints and exceptional customer service
I created three large photo collages, each with 48 photos. Uploading and placing the photographs was very straightforward and allowed for some cropping and editing.
The prints arrived promptly and were exactly as expected, printed cleanly to a high quality.
Unfortunately, one of the collages had been duplicated, resulting in a missing print.
Customer service couldn’t have been better! I used the online contact form and received an immediate response. Dan arranged for the missing collage to be printed and couriered straight away at no extra charge. It was delivered by lunchtime the next day!
Occasional errors are understandable in any business. This level of friendly customer service was exceptional. I'd happily trust Photo Zone with my printing projects again and recommend to others.

Fast and easy, good quality printing, except for some darker images
Printing was really fast, even for a big order, at a reasonable price. In store editing at a booth was easy. Great service and help from staff. Only thing that could be improved was the print quality of some of the darker photos, otherwise would recommend.

In terms of dark images; we do offer the chance to brighten your images. We print images as is, and don't edit by default. Often on screens images will look much brighter because the screen is backlit.
