I payed almost 5000kr for a iphone 12, the wireless charger was faulty, I asked ti get it fixed and they came qith an excuse. I decided to live with that problem, but when my battery stopped working well, I had it changed to a unoriginal battery, which a couple of minths later exploded on my phone. I tried to call, to message them, and tried even calling their HQ, but all they said was that the phone was busy ag thr time. As I use my phone on a daily, I went and got it fixed out of my own pocket at a authorised apple technitian. A couple days ago my phone randomly stopped connecting to wifi, i had no service. Tried to see if it was my SIM card and called emergency services, there was no conexion. I called them and they accused me of having dropped my phone, and that thete was no longer waranty on the phone. They are unfair, overpriced and not kind to the coutumer. I had a friend that bought a iphone 11 and their phone randomly stopped wanting to turn and on… it got fully bricked. They had the same answer, that maybe it got dropped and they werent liable. Again, if you want to throw your money out the door be my guest, but facebook marketplace has better deals than this shit…
The worst experience i ever had with a company, i buy an iphone 14 pro, they send it to me after 8 working days saying that they don,t have it on stock but then i buy it they have it, you cannot call them, nobody aswrr on the phone, only by email, and after i check the phone it has a problem with main camera, is not focusing, i email them about this problem, i gave them photos and everything and they not even aswer on complain. THE WORST COMPANY EVERY!!!

Don’t buy anything from them!
I’ve never had problems with them until I “BUY” a product, unfortunately, I had received a power-bank that didn’t charge my iPhone 13Pro fully, even though it has 5000mAh.
So I contacted them and I returned it back and they received the product on 8th July but they don’t give my money back yet!
The guy named Kristoffer has replied and insisted that the product is working fine so I don’t have a right to get my money back.
I explained him that the product could only charge up to 50% my phone and that was not what I paid for and that means the product has not 5000mAh or it must be a defect item obviously.
He stopped replying me over a month and I texted him again but the answer is still the same!
I have paid for the product I didn’t need, and now, I don’t even have the product on my side!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
P.S.
My mom had ordered the same product from Phonetrade and hers was a complete defect. It didn’t even turn on! She has returned it on the same day I did but no one has even contacted her about her return until now! Very upsetting!

I bought a refurbished iPhone XS and after 2 days of use I realised that the sound quality is bad and the battery is over heating after a minute of use. The screen had a slight scratch but I didn’t mind about that. When contacted customer service the first time a few days after, they were rude and incompetent refusing to reply to my questions about getting the phone fixed. Then I wrote again 2 or three times to support to get my warranty work and get the phone fixed and it’s almost a month now and haven’t gotten any reply.
On top if that, I went to a repair store in the city to see how much it’s gonna cost me to get the sound fixed - as I need to get my phone to work properly!- and they said that this is a very poor quality of refurbished phone, all parts are fake.
Whatever the answer I get from phonetrade whenever that will be, I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.
UPDATE: as an answer to the message below: I have written more that 10 emails to your support team and never got an answer. Find my case and get back to me with a solution to the problem. You sold me a faulty phone and you refused to even see and check it when I reached out a few days after I received it. How can I get the warranty if you refuse to check the phone? The customer support agent said that I damaged the phone (because I mentioned the scratch on the screen) so the warranty can't work. She refused to comment on the sound and battery quality which is the major problem. How does she know that I damaged the phone? Nobody checked it! Not even asked for a picture! I just see Phonetrade as a dishonest company, selling crap and then disappear. I know I won't get anything from you now, it's been already 3 months - but I won't leave the case here. And will do my very best to spread the word.

Bad experience, other companies do it better. Delivered a flawless phone at the shop after we agreed on the price. The shop assistant verbally confirmed, that the condition of the item is exactly as described. Two days later they sent an email to try to lower the price by 900 dkk, due to the condition of the phone, that HAD BEEN CONFIRMED by them in person. Bad attitude to try to rip you off when it’s a hassle to go back or wait for them to send a phone and pay the postal costs. Had much better experience with the competition. Additionally, my charger was gone and they couldn’t find it when i picked it up again. NOT recommended

It is the second time when I bought a phone from this company, the first time everything was completely perfect, the phone was in perfect condition, and still have it after 3 years and a half.
The second time a little bit disappointed since I chose to purchase a phone 'som ny' as I did last time. I received the phone yesterday and so far everything looks good, works perfectly, but they did not bother to clean it properly, the sim tray was is going perfectly inside this being a problem because it can affect the water-resistance. The two small screws at the bottom are completely destroyed so who opened it did not bother to exchange them, or at least be careful. One of the small holes from the speaker looks like it is pushed inside, but that does not affect the sound.

After sending me a useless phone which I gave it back 2 days after I got it, I had to be waiting for more than a week for them trying to fix and finally, their answer was "giving me back" my money. But saying that "Vi kan desværre konstatere, at varen er taget i brug og har betydelige brugsspor som følge heraf.". My only "used" was to clone my icloud because the phone was not working, frozen screen every 2-3 min and unable calls. This is unacceptable!! They don´t have customer service where you can speak with them, just the young guys in the shops.

I bought my wife an iPhone 8 in december, but unfortunately the camera stopped working the day before christmas, so she couldn't take any pictures.
We went to the store on Strandvejen and they offered to fix it under the warrenty so that part was okay. But while taking the phone out of the rather expensive cover (an Ideal of Sweden magnetic cover with a "clutch/mini-purse" for credit cards) the guy in the shop broke a corner of it.
He apologized and offered us a replacement cover, but they don't have any magnetic covers, which would render the clutch useless. So he agreed to write on the RMA-note that he broke the cover so we could contact the company and seek compensation.
They have been incredibly slow (upwards to two weeks) to answer my mails and obviously doesn't read the messages to understand the case, because I wrote that we can't use a non-magnetic cover from their store, but that was what they offered after a month of writing back and forth...
I told them again that this is not a solution for us and that an acceptable compensation would be the cheapest magnetic cover from the same brand that they broke, which would be DKK 249.
It has now been almost three weeks and we have given up so we bought a new cover, which means that almost all the money we saved on buying a used phone was spent on replacing a cover that they broke.
This situation could have been so remedied so easily. I even have documentation that their employee broke the cover, but apparently that doesn't make a difference.
I like what this company is trying to do but with this horrendous level of service I will not recommend them to anyone.
