Took partners Samsung in for new screen after she dropped it. Very honestly was told might just be connector as screen not broke and 1 hour later phone fixed for £20. Couldn't reccomend them any higher.

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. I couldn’t find what I needed, so I reached out via WhatsApp for assistance. When I explained that I had already searched the website and needed help, I was simply told to check the website again. After clarifying my situation, I was met with a response implying that they had invested a lot in the website and therefore I shouldn’t ask for help on WhatsApp. This attitude is unhelpful and frustrating, especially when a customer is genuinely trying to find a solution. A more customer-focused approach would go a long way in improving the experience.

one star is still too much! cheaters and liars. They accept the device for repair and say it will take two days. Then there is no contact, and when the customer calls, they keep telling me to wait. Weeks pass and the device is still not repaired and there is no information about what to do next. I don't recommend it, it's better to stay away!

Paid to have a case put onto my ipad 9thgeneration strip which protects case from the glass cover now ripping Guy refused toreplace the case he stuck it down now more is ripping Case not fit for the purpose Spend your money elsewhere like Apple At least they stand over their products

**Avoid This Store at All Costs!**

I recently had an absolutely terrible experience at this store. I brought in my phone for repair, and they assured me it would be ready by the next day. Well, that was a complete lie. It took them an outrageous three weeks to "fix" my phone, and even then, they failed to do so.

To make matters worse, they refused to give me a full refund. I initially paid $71, but they only returned $50 to me, essentially robbing me of $21 for a service they never completed.

Their customer service was just as bad as their repair skills. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no urgency or concern for my situation. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. This store is nothing but a headache and a waste of money.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. This site delivers only to LEBANON. If you're not in Lebanon, this site is not for you and don't moan about not receiving your product that you surely didn't pay for as it's a cash on delivery payment.

I've been this guy's client for 12 years and I have not a single bad experience. I've referred countless friends to his site and they were all happy.
Several years ago, one of my friends received an HTC phone that turned out to be defective, and Phonefinity had it replaced as fast as possible without asking a single question. This is the kind of service that's not available everywhere in Lebanon.
