Freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit

Die Reperaturannahme war sehr kompetent. Trotz hoher Auftragslage wurde mein Smartphone schnell repariert. Sehr freundlich war auch, daß ich mein Smartphone noch nach Geschäftsschluß abholen konnte.

Super Service, kompetente Beratung

Schnelle umfassende Reparatur, toller Service, gute ergänzende Beratung, ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass es so einen tollen Service heute noch gibt. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ich werde künftig auch meine Endgeräte dort kaufen.

Reanimation eines Handy-Methusalems

Als der Akku meines Handy-Methusalems seinen Geist aufgab, war die Crew von PhoneLine meine Rettung: trotz großer technischer Hürden (schlimm verklebter alter Akku, der einfach nicht los lassen wollte) konnte ich dank Kompetenz und Einsatz des Mitarbeiters nach weniger als zwei Stunden mein Gerät voll funktionsfähig wieder in Händen halten. Sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Kontakt. Vollste Zufriedenheit und Empfehlung!

Ich bin schon so lange Kunde

Ich bin schon so lange Kunde, dass ich gar nicht mehr weiß, wie lange seit dem Bestehen von 28 Jahren von PHONE LINE.
Würde es mehr Sterne zum verteilen geben als fünf, würde ich gerne auch 5+ plus plus plus geben.
Bis jetzt wurden alle meine Problemchen egal, ob im Handy oder PC gelöst.
Ich komme gerne wieder, nicht nur, weil ich kostenlos direkt vor dem Shop parken kann.
