They do not pay their freelancers! A company full of scammers! After many many emails about my outstanding payment and the information that I am going to let everyone know about my experience with them a (apparently newly hired) lawyer threatened me that if I continue this will result in a court case against me. Unbelievable that they are still able to do what they do!

They do not pay you for surveys you complete. I have been waiting 6 months for payment. They respond when I reach out. Their response is always " I will follow up." No follow up and no payment...after 6 months.

Phoenix reached out to us in 2021, asking us to support them in collecting qualitative and quantitative data but never paid the invoices (Over 29 000 USD)!!
Do not work with them, it is unlikely that you would get paid for the services that you deliver to them.
