Luxury quality and amazing fits - Customer service excellence
Great clothing items with a beautiful style and feels top notch quality - originally I had issues with the shipping service but let me explain:
Sadly the items didnt reach me in time for a event, but the team reached out to me to apologize and kindly stated if I needed alternate sizings and another return, they would organize the collection for free.
On top of that they gave me the option of a free item due to the inconvenience. They went above and beyond any expectation of righting any issues.
They could have EASILY like many a company, shrugged their shoulders and gone, ah well sorry here is 5% off on another order. Which you would almost forgive considering they are still a growing brand but they exceeded that by a mile.
I will for sure be shopping here again and recommending this brand highly
If you feel like buying some luxury clothing that looks and feels amazing, then do yourself a favour, shop at Phix.

Initially off but customer service came through better than expected
• Garment was oversized.
• Returned at my own expense (from the US).
• Was told the replacement was coming (provided a tracking number).
• After multiple inquiries on my part, was informed days later that they couldn’t fulfill the exchange.
• Initially, Phix only offered a refund of the initial purchase—so basically I paid the cost of returning, which was half the price of initial price, and had nothing to show for it.
Update: A couple of days later Phix reached out, apologizing, and offered a discount on a replacement shirt given the challenges. I took them up on the offer which was appreciated. I've adjusted my rating based on their customer service. BTW, got a size smaller for the replacement and it's still rather large even though a different style shirt.
An additional update: I hadn't realized it at the time but Phix not only offer a replacement shirt of higher value but also reimbursed the cost of the initial purchase. This was a very nice gesture, somewhat unexpected, and made me feel significantly better about their customer service approach. I'm glad because I really like their clothing and will continue to be a customer. I adjusted my initial rating to reflect my most recent opinion.
Update of update: for US customers, Phix has a presence in NJ now so that should alleviate the shipping/return challenges.

We recommend using the sizing chart on the product page for each item, here you will find general measurements for each size.
We are always happy to offer advice and guidance on particular styles that you may have queries about as well in particular style and fit.
Our jackets and shirts are designed to fit an individual's chest and this is the recommended measurement to refer to when selecting a best suited size. For example, our medium size is to fit a 38 inch chest and our large size is to fit a 40 inch chest.
You will also want to consider the material of the styles you are interested in. For example, cotton and velvet shirts have some stretch to them, particularly velvet. Viscose also has stretch but not as much and the material is significantly thinner and Satin based shirts have very little stretch. These factors can sometimes make a difference to the most suitable size and influence the style that you are aiming for.

Excellent quality and fabulous design. Im a size 8 woman and the XS looks great on me. It’s not tight fitting because obviously a size 8 female has a different body to a male model but it still looks fab and I’ve had a ton of compliments. The parcel was delivered incredibly quickly and was beautifully packaged too.

Amazing products and service
Iv been looking for good quality 70s inspired clothing for ages, found phix snd honestly will never shop anywhere else. Wish I’d discovered this brand earlier! Iv already spent nearly 1k in the last two months. I want everything on there. Delivery was fast! Returned a couple of things as I didn’t know what size I was but the returns process was fast and refund was speedy!
