Money taken out and over charged on several occasions
I have been charged for an order that was cancelled and over charged 3 times for prescriptions. Twice and then I noticed I was about to be overcharged again so I cancelled the order quickly. I’ve had multiple phone calls promising a refund for the two times I was charged double for my prescription and for the time I cancelled a prescription. I phoned only yesterday and was promised a phone call with an update. Is Pharmacy2u a scam? Because it’s feels like it to me. I’m moving away from the service but trying to recover funds that have been taken from me first. I wish they had never taken over Lloyds direct!
