Thank you for your review.
We have updated our website/app in line with the latest advancements in website/app design, as we did find our old website/app was outdated. The update was intended to add functionality to improve the user experience, I am sorry this was not the case for yourself, and you found the ordering system more difficult.
When placing a request via the website you will need to select ‘NHS Prescriptions’ on the left hand side and this should show a list of items on your repeat list. If this is done via the app, select ‘Prescriptions’ at the bottom left.
This will then bring your repeat list at which you need to then select ‘Add to order’ on the item required. If all items on the repeat list are required, you can select ‘Order All’ which will add all items to the basket.
Select ‘Continue’ which will then bring you to a screen that will list the items in the basket that you are requesting. select ‘Continue’ which will bring you to the Pharmacy2U shop for any over the counter items which you may wish to purchase.
Select ‘Continue to checkout’ and this will show the delivery information, please ensure these details are checked and once satisfied please press ‘Continue’ to submit the request.
