After waiting a week for my delivery…

After waiting a week for my delivery and writing twice to both DHL and Pflanzenheld I have still had nothing but automated email replies. Sorry if plants should have been delivered to you during the summer an automated email reply to an email informing of none arrival and asking them to get proof of delivery can not wait 2 - 5 working days. First time of using and have now requested return of my money … luckily I paid with PayPal. This is not a reliable supplier and the worst online shopping experience I have had in many years of buying online.
