Excellent customer service, friendly, and very helpful. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

We purchased curtains for our orangery late 2023 and received a great service. To be honest, if we reviewed everything I purchased etc then I would be doing a review for something every week and I often forget such is my busy day.
However, we just have to review this amazing business for the remarkable customer service as well as everything else they do.
We had the end of the curtain rail come slightly off the wall and called this morning to request advice. Within 2 hrs we have been visited by John and the matter rectified. Wow! This top level of customer care is just not heard of in this day and age and really is off the scale.
Thank you and we now feel guilty about not leaving a review last November. See you in the New Year for blinds.

I attended the showroom and Sarah was most helpful showing me all the different blinds available . We were given some sample books to take home and having made a decision John came and measured up the quote was fine and the fitting took place within the expected time line. Everything left clean , tidy and in working order. Perfect.

Have used Perfect floors many times and always had great service

Perfect Flooring of Frodsham have done at least 6 jobs for me that have been good but something seems to have changed at the company as the last two have gone very wrong.

The boss, John, just will not admit when he's made a mistake and simply correct it. The floor in our bedroom has been laid incorrectly and he is refusing to do anything about it. In fact has become quite aggressive even to the point of inventing.
