Was sent a faulty product that doesnt work. The turtle water filter they have advertised for $70. I emailed them months ago still havent heard back. Trying to get my money refunded through my bank due to them being 100% non responsive. DONT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Liars liars liars, customer service shocking and lies lies lies

I received a lizard vitamin boost liquid food that exploded over my kitchen when I opened it. I'm assuming it had been stored incorrectly and rotted.
I raised a dispute through their dispute center - no response, I added 2 other comments - no response. I emailed them - no response. They don't have a phone to call. I tried a visa dispute, but they won't action food item disputes. I've just raised another dispute with Petzoo but not expecting much. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

Super fast shipping, orders dispatched daily if you order before 2pm. I paid for Express postage and had the order with me within 24hours, from QLD to TAS, very happy with this pet store.

Brilliant service and great products. Significantly cheaper than any other site I have found. We have 3 Irish Wolfhounds. We only feed high quality food including cooked food, however they LOVE their kibble and as you can imagine they eat a LOT. Petzoo allow us to provide them with the highest quality food, but at a reasonable price. I don't have to order gazillions of it at a time. I order 1 20kilo bag and when that's getting low I order another and it comes within 2 days but often just 1 day. You can't really ask for better than that!

I really enjoyed the ease of ordering, the price of the product and the super fast delivery experience. It makes a refreshing change from other online suppliers

Purchased deodorant spray just made the dog smell damp spoke to someone at your company he told me to spray it in the brush and then apply still didnt make any difference very dissapointed
