Sorry that you are not happy with the service or product. You placed your order at 4pm on the 6th of June and we happened to be closed that week for our annual holiday.
You would have been shown an estimated delivery date of June 14th before deciding to place your order.
We processed and dispatched your order on 12th of June via Royal Mail 1st Class, which should have arrived with you by the 14th as estimated. Unfortunately sometimes Royal Mail do take longer than estimated.
Our products are very similar to the aluminium tags sold in many high street shops, although they are custom made for us to be thicker and thus more durable. We have sold many thousands of these type of tags and have hundreds of 5* reviews on Trustpilot so it is always disappointing to hear a customer is not happy with the product. Please return the tag to us using the address on the contact page of our website and we will provide a full refund for you.

The pet tag arrived promptly
The pet tag arrived promptly. I was a little taken back by its size . Smaller then I thought it would be. The colour is starting to come off already after only having it for two days. So not very impressed.
