Not happy as I didn’t get my full 3 bags of food.. I ordered & paid 4 3 bags & only recieved 2 bags.. Told you & stil waiting 2 hear when my 3rd bag despatched?? I didn’t get apology 4 this & no respond when or what’s happening about my 3rd bag.. this wasn’t cheap 2 order!!

Not the best experience
Unfortunately, one Supplement "Yumove Nahrungsergänzung für Hunde" is extremely salty - my dog couldn't eat it pure or together with his food. I even tried it myself and was shocked by its taste. I am surprised this Seller shows so many positive reviews for this Supplement.

Order got damaged so delivery took it…
Order got damaged so delivery took it back but didn’t tell me they did so I was waiting for 10+days even though delivery time is just 3 days, I then phoned to see where my item was and only then they told me it was taken back. I won’t be using them again just from there communication is terrible.

As the couriers work independently from us, unfortunately if something happens to the parcel they will not inform us and will send the parcel back to our warehouse. It is only once it reaches back to us, we are then made aware of any damage.

I use petmeds for my cat Gaffel who must have Sensitivity Control which was prescribed from the vet but she is very expensive and from petmeds I can buy 2 bags of 3.5 kilo SC which is much more affordable for me and keeps my cat from becoming sick.
