Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service — completely unprofessionalI recently tried to register the microchip for my new rescue dog and was met with awful customer service. Before any conflict even arose, the representative, Sonya, was incredibly rude, short, and unprofessional. She completely forgot the "service" aspect of customer service and made a simple registration process miserable. Management needs to address Sonya's behavior immediately. I expected much better support for pet owners trying to keep their animals safe.
Update: And I see that Petlink replied. I asked to speak to Sonya's supervisor when on the call, she said she was the supervisor and there wasn't a manger she could direct me to. Or owner. So no I'm absolutely not looking to resolve this at this time. She should be fired, and a better conflict resolution practice should be implemented in your company and a better/easier registration solution should be created. A better service oriented customer service program should be created, and multiple ways to reach out to superiors should be available. And based on the other reviews it sounds like your company needs to get rid of a cavalier and unprofessional culture. I don't believe that this is a rogue case or employee. This is definitely an environment that breeds "the customer is NEVER right". That is where Petlink should focus it's work on. Not trying to repair the reputation once a review is made.

Petlink Offers an Important Service to Pet Owners
Petlink is a company that sells microchips for pets. More importantly it also can find your pets if the pets are scanned for the microchips. It offers a safety net for conscientious pet owners. Their store also offers pet items and unique gifts. All my pets over the last 15 years have had Petlink microchips.

I ordered 2 small dog collars thinking…
I ordered 2 small dog collars thinking they were not going to be heavy for my 2 dogs, unfortunately, the one I cannot even use for my one dog Charley who is a 4lb Chihuahua. It is too big that it does not even fit her neck and would weigh her down. Her tag that she received from PetLink when she was chipped got destroyed and now I cannot find a tag small enough for her through PetLink. I wish they made a collar small enough for a tiny Chihuahua with her tag number on it.

Chihuahuas and other toy breeds often require extra-small or specialized micro-collars. For reference, our smallest option fits neck sizes starting at 11 inches, which is typically much larger than a 4lb Chihuahua's neck (usually around 6 to 8 inches). We always recommend measuring your dog's neck before ordering. Below is our official size chart to help guide future purchases:

Easy to use the GPS and has nice features. It is really reliable in tracking me and Lilo. When we are together or apart. I love the energy savings mode. I have created one in all of the places she spends time in and that saves battery life. I had it for over a year great product. I got it because we had recently adopted her and we were traveling with her and I wanted a way to track her if she got loose.

I spent a long time trying to upload photo. Your website is clunky. Half of it was covered up by orange screen offering help. No wonder. I had to work around this screen as I couldn't figure how to remove it.
