Customer service was good

I originally gave a negative review after receiving a very poor black baccara rose. Peter Beale immediately responded to my complaint and sent a replacement black baccara.

This one was significantly healthier than the original one I received and it is now thriving. I am not sure what went wrong with the first one as I gave it the same care as this one. Maybe just bad luck that I got a defective plant.

Thank you Peter Beale anyway for sending me a better replacement

Very efficient and competent order service at Chelsea Flower Show.
My order arrived only a couple of days later, really well packaged and a good healthy looking plant which continues to thrive in garden.

I was happy to find Souvenir de la…

I was happy to find Souvenir de la Malmaison roses. It came secured and quickly. The rose bush is healthy and with buds which are already opening beautifully. The grower supplied information regarding planting. Highly recommend retailer and grower.

I have two PB roses Our Beth which is…

I have two PB roses Our Beth which is fabulous and Claude Monet that has been in two years. Not done well. When open goes over in a few days browning very quickly and very sparse. Considering taking it out. No comparison to my DA other climbing roses. Really disappointed
