We are Petduka, a Netherlands based webshop for your animal products! At Petduka, you buy products for your dog and cat against fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, worms and other parasites. We also supply nutritional supplements for maintenance and improvement of joints, skin and fur, organs, etc. Besides this our range of specialist food is very adequate. Our veterinarian answers specific questions with love and is happy to advise.

Package got lost, I got at new product right away

My order newer arrived. Package got lost on itse way to me. Petduka send me a new product right away!

Sorry to hear, of course this is not the service we strive for. I've immediately checked your order and unfortunately I can see something went wrong with the delivery/ carrier of your order. My colleague has send you an email to explain what happened and has arranged that a new product will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Our apologies again! For the next time (hopefully there will be none), you can always contact us by email to let us know you havent received your package yet. Then we will help you out right away and arrange a new delivery.
