Really awesome customer service!

I have been a customer of this company for around 10 years and I dont have a bad word to say about them.

We had an issue once with rabbit food that got split open inside the outer box but that was resolved fast and they even added more packing air bags to our next delivery. It has never happened again and I place orders for rabbit food every 3 months or so.

They answer questions via email very, very quickly.

I would give them 11 stars if I could!

Fantastic!

Rabbitdk has a fantastic selection of rabbit supplies, we especially like the great quality of the hay they supply, which isn't very easy to find elsewhere here.
