I have been using Petceutics for sometime now. Recently I needed antibiotics urgently and it was just before Easter, so there was a risk of not being able to get medication for five days, as everything would be closed. I rang Petceutics and they went out of their way to make sure that the medication was sent as soon as possible even though they were under the pump with many orders to process. Fortunately I received it the next day which was the Thursday before Good Friday. I cannot praise the service at Petceutics highly enough.

I love this sevice. All of my emails and enquiries are dealt with promptly and the general provision of scripts is fantastic. It is quite extraordinary that if I purchased my product at the vet it would cost $160 however Petceutics charge only $70. Like Medicare, your financial status should not define your access to health care, especially for pets x

Petcutics never fail to fill my prescription orders correctly and in a very timely manner. I live in Perth so distance and the pandemic should play a part in lengthy delays but never had I had to wait more than 5-7 business days for my order. I recently purchased a skin cream for my dog from Petcauticics.
I had to pay the vet $25. For the script, however, it was still about $30. cheaper than buying it over the counter at my vet & I received it within 2 days.
