Brilliant communication via Instagram - response time is very quick! Staff are very helpful - particularly when I had to return my original pair of trainers and needed more input on sizing to reorder.
Time between dispatch and delivery is super quick. I ordered on a bank holiday Monday and my trainers arrived by the Wednesday!
The refund for my original order was processed quickly - my refund was processed the same day that my return arrived with Personal Trainerz.
I will 100% be ordering from Personal Trainerz again and recommending them for reasonably priced resale trainers! One of the only resale companies that don't charge the earth!!
