Lost my package
I ordered what was supposed to be a Christmas present on the 11th of December. It did arrive on time but when I checked DHL had received the wrong address despite the receipt from PerrySport showing exactly my address and post code.
I went through multiple email exchanges, at first they told me I wrote it wrong then they agreed it's correct and would check with DHL where the package is. Then they told me I should go look for it on that address despite that exact address not existing and the street +nr being a company premise. That was all in the span of 10+days. Now after Christmas I didn't get the package nor a refund.
Ordering from Amazon nl would be much easier sadly, and if there's a confusion they refund you immediately.

Your statement that you've received zero response from our customer service surprises me a lot however, because we currently reply within 2 days (within working hours, that is..). Great service
I bought an item online and had it delivered to the nearest shop. This way I could try it on as it was not available in the shop. The personnel was kind and helpful. The item was good as I expected and fitted perfectly.

Normally it is a really good service... but this time...
