Worst platform and customer support ever - after not being able to provide any help I reached out to the producer of the hair straightener that exploded. Only to find out, that perfumedeal24 is not an authorized retailer and therefore the manufacturer is not able to help me. Well that all makes the dots come together, why they are not willing to exchange an electronic product that lasted 4 months because they are only a middleman. Glad I did not spend any more money there.
