I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Perfumania. I purchased a bottle of cologne, and when it arrived, the bottle top was broken. This is something that should have been caught before shipping, and it made the product difficult to use. What made the situation worse was the customer service. I reached out to Perfumania for help, expecting a simple resolution like a replacement or refund. Instead, the representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. There was no effort to fix the issue or even show basic concern for my situation. As a paying customer, I expected better quality control and much better customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has completely turned me off from ordering from Perfumania again. I would not recommend buying from them online.
