Perforatedpaper.com provided just what they said they would. I ended up ordering the wrong color of one of my items and they refunded the money without me having to send it back. I reordered what I actually needed. They were very personable and helpful. We will definitely use them in the future.

The only issue I've ever had is that sometimes the micro perforations haven't gone all the way through the sheet. This means that when we tear along the perforations, some actually need to be cut or else the paper will be torn.

It was very easy to place a reorder of items ordered 2 years ago, and which finally were exhausted (and which, incidentally, worked perfectly in both laser and inkjet printers). The paper stock was changed to a slightly heavier paper stock; no problems at all.

Turnaround was unexpectedly fast, just 3 business days, and it arrived 3 days later. We'll be back for more!
