Trevenek is a lovely house in a great place. We had a great week there. It really does have everything you need for a great holiday. The beds are lovely and comfy, the en-suites all perfect and the kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly want. We had a great time thank-you.
The only thing we would have appreciated would have been a couple of kitchen towels and more than one tea towel. There were 7 dishwasher tablets for us. Of course we bought some more as that is not enough for a week. It always seems a bit mean - just leave us a box full of if we are paying £3500 for a week - you could just spend another couple of pounds…..
otherwise-really grand.

This was our second successive year staying at Brynia. The house itself is very impressive and beautifully presented. Located with commanding views of the estuary and the sea. Highly recommended.

What more could you wish for than a wonderful week in Cornwall at Noordhoek. The house is magnificent and only a few strides from the beach. We were a party of 13 in ages ranging from 85 to 3 and it was our fourth visit. Already I have booked for next year! Everything was facilitated by the amazing team at Perfect Stays who throughout our stay made sure we had all we needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to them and to the owner for sharing the house with us. Now counting the days to May 2027! Best wishes Paddy.

Excellent service from start to finish . We stayed at Gwel Avor in Port Isaac …what a property ! Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Incredible views of the sea and 10 minutes walk into Port Isaac. Plenty of room for 10 of us plus a dog !
Good communication right from booking ..and an actual person to email/ phone contact . Concierge services offered although we didn’t require any. Lovely basket of local food provided on arrival .

We had a lovely stay recently at Sea House in Porth. The house was wonderful and we especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The house is equipped with everything we needed and was very clean.

This is our third stay at The Nook through Perfect Stays, and each visit has been absolutely wonderful. The location is beautiful, the property is immaculate, and we truly love staying here, so much so that we’ve already booked another visit for June rather than waiting until October.
We also can’t fault Perfect Stays; the team is always on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our little dog especially enjoys her morning beach walks, and she loves having the freedom to play in the garden at The Nook.
We also really appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome hamper filled with local produce. We can’t wait to return!

Another exceptional experience using Perfect Stays. This is the 3rd separate rental property we have booked through Perfect Stays, the process from start to finish has always been excellent, with an extremely friendly and helpful team always on hand to help. Definitely worth using their Concierge service as well,

The property (Serenity) was absolutely incredible. There is a genuine WOW factor with the quality of the property, the views but also the location is superb. A 10 minute walk to Charlestown to one side of the property, with a stunning beach 15 mins the either side.

Kilden Mor in Padstow was perfect, a ladies holiday away from normal life and this house was what we needed and so much more.
The whole house from the amazing equipment in the kitchen to the beautiful bedrooms, outdoor area, hot tub linen and the other little things that Perfect Stays adds.

This is our 5th time to Rosemain in Rock and every time the Perfect Stays team have been brilliant. The communication is great and any actions taken quickly and without fuss. We absolutely loved our 2 weeks in Rock and any items I mentioned prior to our visit had been dealt with so want to thank Abi, Wendy and the owner of Rosemain for such a fantastic holiday (sorry if I have missed anyone out.

We have recently returned from a week in the Paddock in Cornwall.
The Perfect stays team are so helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions and were always on hand if we had any problems.
There were 4 generations of us staying at the property and it was wonderful.the house is truly stunning, the phots don't do it justice. We all felt very at home and the view was spectacular. We saw some amazing sunsets. Would definitely recommend Perfect stays and we hope to use the company again for future holidays.

Living in London and looking for a break outside the M25? Perfect Stays has a really varied portfolio of properties by our own South West coast. For myself, I need somewhere that welcomes dogs, has a killer ocean view, a well appointed kitchen and a hot tub. They never disappoint. I always manage to find something different and equally magical each time I book my staycation. On top of all that? The team are responsive, accommodating, considerate and also have an insider's knowledge of the local amenities available to each of their properties. Thank you for continuing to make holidays in the UK first choice for my family.

A stylish property, well equipped and in immaculate condition. It has a superb position and views, and is in a part of Cornwall with lots to do and enjoy.

Kilden Mor is a truly luxury property in an excellent location in Padstow. On arrival the house was spotless, and the property operating instructions helped a great deal as there is a lot of high tech in the operation of the lighting, heating, hot tub and kitchen appliances. Perfect stays contacted us to make sure everything was in order and we used their concierge services to get advice on local restaurants and taxi service for 6 guests. The EV charging was a bonus as was the on-site cycle storage. All in all a great place to stay and we can't recommend Perfect Stays or Kilden Mor too highly.

We had a fantastic holiday with the whole family coming down to Harlyn Bay and the very comfortable Poldhu property.
Everything was spotless on our arrival and the house is a real home from home with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Think Poldhu's kitchen is better equipped than ours!
One slight problem was resolved within a couple of hours - couldn't fault the service at all stages, from booking through to follow-up post departure. An excellent experience
Being so close to the gorgeous beach meant that the early (very early!) morning beach walks with our dogs, were a delight. So many happy memories were made - thanks!

Just had another amazing holiday at Sea Breezes I think it was our 5th time at this beautiful house.
A true gem that all the family enjoy so close to the coastal path.

I have used Perfect Stays three times now for big family holiday stays. We are now 8 adults and 8 children and finding suitable accommodation for such a large group is challenging. On this occasion Abi really helped us narrow down the perfect stay. Brynia is an amazing house , it didn’t actually accommodate all of us but that worked out fine too.
Brynia is really the most wonderful house . Incredibly well furnished and finished with fantastic high quality equipment.
The children loved the bunk bed room and the adults were all exclaiming how well they slept in the comfortable beds. The grounds are extensive and we’re a great venue for an Easter egg hunt.
We spent a lot of the time at the house because it was too nice to leave! Close proximity to the coastal path and rock pools meant it was easy to run back at get showered too.
A lovely, lovely stay.

This is the first time we have stayed with Perfect Stays and it didn’t disappoint.
We stayed at Wolf Rock, Harlyn Bay - a lovely property, it was immaculate with everything you could need, including an enormous hottub which we made good use of after long walks along the coast path. The Beach Box cafe and Harlyn Tap room were great places to enjoy views and ales.

Our second stay at Ria Reaching Fowey was super. Such a nice house and great view. Nice walks with the dog, nice food in the local restaurants. Just the two of us so very indulgent. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. All together a special place that we will visit agin. Perfect Stays were very attentive and the booking experience was faultless.
