Bought an Azteca XL Mexican Chimenea. Delivery was very quick. Exterior looked ok, but after removing all the packaging from the mouth/ fire area, noticed a big crack in the inside, at the back. Not able to use the chiminea as the crack will expand with heat. I've emailed multiple times but received no response whatsoever. There is no phone number. Not impressed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought a Mexican chiminea 1 month ago. Used only 3 times as per instructions and now have 3 large cracks. Appalling customer service: no reply to all emails plus registered address is phoney.

I have sent numerous emails to this company, regarding a missing part on my order and, to date, all have been ignored. I cannot use the Chimenea without the missing top bowl. Appalling customer service !

We are terribly disappointed. We purchased an Azteca XL Mexican Chimenea which started to crack throughout after lighting it for the second time, although we followed the instructions down to the letter and laid Lava Stones on the bottom as suggested.

Absolutely impossible to contact them. No phone number to ring and no reply to all the various emails we sent.

Please think very carefully before you decide to buy from this company.

I Purchased a Chiminea through Perfectpatio recently. Very impressed with the product and delivery was quick too.
When I raised a concern, Matt was more than helpful to resolve the issue for me. Really impressed with the customer service and the lengths Matt went to in order to resolve.

I would highly recommend Perfectpatio and won't hesitate to shop with them again!

Absolutely fantastic chimnea. 2 days to deliver from purchase. Apart from a very basic assembly instructions book with just an exploded diagram to assemble from scratch it looked great once assembled. Could improve with step by step instructions for those with no DIY experience though as can take a while to work out to put together without these.

Solid piece and is definitely worth the money £149.99 paid on 8th April 2024 (current price on date above).

Definitely recommend this and adds as a great garden feature and use as either a small BBQ or just for fire purposes.

We just received delivery of another order earlier today, ordered Saturday, arrived Monday!

These are to be gifted to friends so haven't opened, but happy non the less.

I ordered a chimnea with a 5 day turnaround. It ran a couple of days late so I messaged them. I got a personal response explaining that I was in an area of the country beyond the reach of their normal courier. Fair enough. They explained the courier timeline clearly and the chimnea duly arrived within that time. The guy also responded quickly and professionally to a couple of questions I had.
I appreciate there have been some complaints on here but I genuinely had a good experience.

Received my Chimenea only to discover it had significant damage. There is no contact telephone number on the website and the email address on the website is invalid. I will now need to progress this through my credit card company.

I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering from this company.

Ordered a Chiminea with a 3-5 day delivery service. Have chased it up and met with silence. Have taken trading standards advice and emailed again today. There is no contact telephone number just an email address which is ignored.
DO NOT order from this company. They’re in possession of my money and have not delivered a product or even replied to my questions.
Will continue with trading standards guidance and will update.

Update:

I did receive an email back with an apology for the delay. The chiminea was delivered the same day a little over a week free I ordered it. It’s was complete and appears to be in good condition.

Absolutely stunning Chiminea. Arrived 2 days ago so not yet used it but can’t wait to, looks amazing in my garden. Beautifully made & 10 out of 10 for customer relations & delivery.

we ordered a few items, one was missing from our delivery, NO RESPONSE from them, No item sent, VERY POOR service
Would not order from them again!!!! No telephone, no response to emails.

Ordered several items, delayed delivery, one item is missing, no response to various emails to the team, no phone number to call them! Poor service.

Good, fast delivery of our order but when we asked them to send you a part which was missing we found the delivery was not so fast, and seemingly non existent.
