Yes, they may be a factory, but their service is very slow and unprofessional. They respond very late and keep delaying everything.

There are problems with the machine handles and hoses. We have sent them back multiple times. They do not arrange pickup themselves, so we have to pay for shipping. When sending and receiving, it costs around €200 in total (€100 each way). It is definitely not free, so if they say repairs are free, that is not true.

There is a clear issue with the handles of their machines, and they do not provide fast or proper support. They do not seem to care about their customers after selling the product.

Very disappointing experience.

1 star is too much.
This company provide rubbish equipment and their after sales is the worst.

This seller is completely dishonest and unprofessional. The product I received was almost entirely defective, and despite clear photos and videos, they denied the issues and tried to manipulate me instead of taking responsibility. Dealing with their lies and fraud caused me significant stress, frustration, and wasted time and money. Their behavior is unethical and unacceptable — I strongly warn everyone to avoid this seller. Don’t waste your energy , money and time.

Horrible, wrong instruction, wrong machine, bad support

Hifu machine had an issue after a few months and had literally used under a dozen times. I had what I thought was a 2 year warranty. They wanted me to fix it myself via videos and problems only got worse. Bad burning smell and it wasnt functioning right. They said if I wanted it fixed I need to pay to send back which was more costly. Such a headache - don't ever buy machines from here.

Be aware, this company is such a scammer
They will never give you the same item you agreed on
they always try to play with the specs and downgrade the components on the machine’s

Just a waste of time and money

Hi I bought a 4in 1 laser from PERFECT LASER company 5 years ago only ever been used part time for 3 of those years due to covid, recently the RF handle will freeze but not heat up as supposed to the rest of the machine works fine the IPL & NdYag ,so I contacted my agent their Vivian who was very kind & helped me to get into a team meeting online , having sent a few videos as requested the team decided the circuit board was broke and because they updated their machines 2 years ago ,they couldn’t help me & I would need a completely new machine , I was amazed to say the least as the other parts all work ok even the RF handle froze just wouldn’t heat ???, 🤔 so I said in light of this worse case scenario would they do a new machine with a reasonable discount , ‘get this “ of course Dear as you are an old friend for 5 years we will offer you the best price , I nearly fell on floor laughing 😂 it was a Black Friday sale USD 2799 .00 i had previously looked on DH gate website and same machines were cheaper elsewhere 🤷‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
This company will trick you into thinking you need new machine when you don’t and make up excuses not to give you spare parts you need , it’s a factory for gods sake they can make anything for this machine they invented it 🤦🏼‍♀️NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 👎😕🙁👎

If you want some expensive junk for you garage, you have come to the right place. After the cost of the printer, the extras and the hyped up postage I have lost a small fortune to this company. The fact that they don't reply to any of the negative comments on here, shows they are looking for people from the west to scam who can't do anything to get their money back. Liars. Sold me a printer that was supposed to print on silicone rubber and be waterproof. Sent me a fake video proving the fact it worked. What they meant was you can run water over it but the ink will easily rubber of. Videos on YouTube are not what they seem. Everything they sell can be bought on Amazon for half the price. Please don't believe anything they claim their product can do.
