Niets bestellen, komt niet aan. 2 weken geleden besteld, na 1 week eindelijk antwoord dat het bestelde product op is. Ik heb iets anders in de plek gekozen maar er wordt niets verzonden. Ze antwoorden al een week niet meer op mijn mails. Ik ben mijn GELD kwijt!

Allereerst mijn excuses natuurlijk. Ik zie nu pas jouw berichtje op trustpilot. Wij hebben van de zomer een aantal weken problemen gehad met onze email. Jouw antwoord op mijn vraag is waarschijnlijk nooit aangekomen. Ik zie idd in het systeem dat jouw order nog open staat. Ik zal dit vandaag nog terugstorten, Ik neem aan de produkten niet meer nodig hebt.
