I have received four deliveries from…

I have received four deliveries from Purdue Farms chicken from MD, ordered on-line. The first time because of a buy one get one free boneless chicken thighs. We are quite a fan of those. Also the turkey breast which is fully cooked is great for sandwiches! I’ve never had a problem with an order and they always add something extra! Last time it was a pound of shrimp! No complaints here, very happy with them!

I bought two 5-6 pound packs of Perdue…

I bought two 5-6 pound packs of Perdue chicken legs bone and skin included. I opened the packs and it was tons of fat!! By the time I got done removing the huge amounts of fat and bones I got ONE POUND OF MEAT! I called Perdue, the man could hardly speak English and did absolutely nothing about it. I will never buy their disgusting chicken again. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog!

Have not had good experiences with…

Have not had good experiences with Perdue Online. On my first order, the pkg. of bacon had a broken vacuum seal and the meat was brown and slimy. I called them and let them know and that customer service rep didn't even bother to send out another package of bacon. On another order, the box had been badly damaged in transit. There was moisture all over inside the box. This last time, I ordered, but had to cancel that order the next day well in advance of the order being processed and shipped. My email was ignored or never read at all. When I received an email stating that my order was about to ship I called Perdue Customer Service. A woman told me she would check on this issue and asked if she could text me or email me with her findings. Two days later I still hadn't heard anything from her so I called and got another customer service rep. She confirmed that my order was in route to me, but told me they had refunded my entire amount. I wish their customer service reps would just be honest and stop wasting our time. This is my very last order online from Perdue. Its not worth my time or money.

False Advertisement

What went wrong is that they had a ten dollar deal for chicken wings with a air fryer. This deal was suppose to start at 12pm as depicted on their website. I was on the website from 10am, it came live at 11:30 am I put one in the cart already had all my information inputted in the system and by time hit check out it said they were all gone. For one the website opened 30 mins early this is FALSE ADVERTISEMNT on the half of the company. I feel robbed of my opportunity. I doubt this company cares enough to make it right.

Shabby, shoddy customer care

Just had possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever known from Perdue Farms. We ordered a few hundred dollars worth of food--a turkey, a turkey breast, chicken thighs, cheesecakes, and ground beef. When the package arrived, the turkey breast was not included. I called and asked that they send it separately and was informed that their policy does not allow shipping a frozen single item. I have never had a company that had made a mistake in an order not bend over backwards to rectify the problem. While I recognize there is a cost involved for them in doing so, they have been penny wise and pound foolish. Instead of having a happy customer and repeat business, they have lost a customer for life. Shabby, shoddy customer care.

Perdue Farms Doesn't Pay Agreed To Reimbursable Travel Expenses

I interviewed for a digital marketing position onsite in Salisbury, MD in early September 2019. This required me to travel and Perdue Farms HR said they would reimburse me for meal and taxi expenses. I submitted these reimbursable expense, as per Perdue Farms HR emails, on September 10, 2019 and haven't received reimbursement as of October 8, 2019. I've stopped complaining to Perdue Farms HR and filed a compliant with the BBB today in hopes of receiving my reimbursement.
