I always buy a tea calendar for Christmas and bought one from Perchs this year. It is a gorgeous looking calendar with lovely tin cans for every day. BUT I was so disappointed with the teas. Pretty much every other day consisted with black or green bland tea. In other words, most of the days you get a tea that taste like nothing. To top it up, there was no special tea on the 24th, just another black bland tea. The saddest part was that the days that actually had teas with a specific flavor tasted very nice. But sadly there was maybe only 3-4 of these. I rarely write reviews, but had to with this one because it made me very sad. I usually buy a calrndar from my hometown for a 3rd of the price, which has wonderful flavors. Since this calendar was pretty expensive I expected something way better than what I got. I honestly felt a bit fooled by Perchs. All honesty, this calendar is all looks and no heart. My recommendation for you all for next Christmas: don't fall for a fancy look.

Nice and quality products, however the website is very misleading when it comes to the nature of the products they sell. They sell metal tin can products that state in their description: “Can contain between 200-225g of tea” when translated into English. However, the product contains no tea, they sell empty packaging with no real note. When contacted about this via e-mail, they go radio silent. Bad customer service.

EDIT: I have not misunderstood the concept. The language used is clearly (and I hope unintentionally) misleading. E.g. See Perch Canister 100g Black.
I will reflect on my review in the case that the website is updated to clearly state that it contains no tea and no more customers can potentially be misled.

Jeg bestilte to poser med kamillete, og da jeg åbnede pakken, var der en flue, der stirrende ud imod mig inde fra kamilleblomsterne. Jeg tog et billede af det og sendte det sammen med et ordrenummer. Beskeden blev sendt afsted om aftenen, og morgenen efter fik jeg svar med en løsning, der både tog højde for mine behov som kunde og var retfærdig for butikken. De undskyldte for fluen og sendte en ny pose uden videre spørgsmål. Det var bare fedt. Bedste te butik i DK.

I ordered two bags of chamomile tea, and when I opened the package, there was a fly staring back at me from the chamomile flowers. I took a picture and sent it along with an order number. The message was sent in the evening, and the next morning, I received a response with a solution that addressed my needs as a customer and was fair to the store. They apologized for the fly and sent a new bag without further questions. It was just great. Best tea shop in Denmark!

My favorite tea store, with the very best service. No shop in Denmark matches the quality of tea bought here!
And with the webshop, I dont have to be without, even though I moved away from CPH.
