Best tapas ever!
We found Pêra Bistro & Bar through Trustpilot and it was listed top 3 of all restaurants in Armação de Pêra. We were not disappointed. It is not the fanciest restaurant to see, but is has a very good vibe,, the staff is very friendly and host Aleks is lovely. She made us feel as we were her personal guests. The tapas were some of the best I ever had. Everything was homemade and delicious. Next time I visit Portugal, I will definitely visit Pêra Bistro & Bar again. Very recommended!

Love the whole "welcome to the family"…
Love the whole "welcome to the family" vibe. Food was very tasty and well prepared. Music was lively and just the right amount of volume. I took one star off only due to during the meal and during the band performances, the TV was on in the background.
Nobody was watching it and it lessened the ambience, all I could see was a flickering of light. I think the TV should be off during meal hours and entertainment.

“When Harry Met Sally”
Had heard about Péra Bistro Bar and decided to give it a go. We were made to feel very welcome, the friendly owners were attentive and never once winced when I gave my “When Harry Met Sally” instructions for how I like my chips
They were cooked to perfection as was the rest of the meal.
Loved the place and not least the great background music
We will hurry back

Pera Bistro Bar is a perfect place to come with kids or in the evening for a fab drink. The food is delicious and our kids love the desserts! The owners and their staff create unique atmosphere, it's a place you want to pop in every day. Our holidays are much better because of Pera Bistro Bar !!

We have been to Pera now 3 times since…
We have been to Pera now 3 times since it opened an love the bar and the people! We first went with kids for a late lunch and the tapas were excellent and after speaking to the owners we went back the next day for the cocktails after we had been on the beach. It's just a really lovely place in Armacao and I hope they have some more Watermelon Martinis ready :)
