PepsiCo cut a deal with Walmart to undercut it's competition by dropping cost to Walmart and raising cost to everyone else. In 2025 PepsiCo was sued to release the documents that cover this deal. Currently there is a class action lawsuit on going. Boycott both for unscrupulous business practices.

Conned by Pepsi

We bought Spekko Rice in November, and after opening the pack about a week ago we found weevils in an unopened pack of Spekko rice. After contacting "customer care" they had me jump through hoops the give them information only to deny that the fault is with them. They only wasted my time by asking for information, photo, dates. I will NEVER buy Spekko or any Pepsi product ever again. They should be ashamed.

Disgusting customer service…

I am disappointed in simba as I wrote into the company complaining g about bad chips we bought that was off and have been emailing them non stop and was waiting to a voucher as promised but never received anything till now simba has disgusting customer service and yet we always support their company woth every chance we get. Till jow we have received nothing

It is impossible to reach anyone in accounting; all I get is calls from "Customer Resolution" promising to elevate the dispute. All I want is a corrected statement showing a zero balance. Change in taste of kurkure

At the beginning the company products were good enough. I always ate kurkure and suggested everyone around me to try it but from some time it's taste has been horrible. I guess the company has changed the spices and have changed the flavour. I would really appreciate them if they would bring the same ingredients or spices they used.

quaker oats has horrible customer service

I tried to submit my receipt for their back to school promotion. There system rejected (was not able to process) my online receipt. So, I tried to submit the actual point of sale receipt. Their system indicates it is a duplicate receipt, probably b/c of the first transmission. The receipt meets all the terms of this offer. I tried calling, and their phone system wasn't working. So, I sent an email about the situation. It has been a week and no one on the customer service line can give me an answer. I keep getting advised that a specialist has to review this. I asked to speak to a supervisor. No supervisor was available and was advised they would follow up by phone or email. This is very poor customer service. I will be reviewing this on other sites as well b/c this is horrible.

Quaker Canada is also Pepsico

Quaker Canada is also Pepsico.

Quaker Dipps bar is literally 5 cm long. My middle finger is longer than this bar. Yet it's packaged in a 4" wrapper, one third of it is empty!

Do better. Stop ripping people off with your shrinkflation so your "boys club" can take home those bonuses.

I will forever never buy ANYTHING Quaker again. There's more value in eating grass and dirt for lunch.

I have always been a fan of an ice cold cherry Pepsi. Now that I drink zero sugar, I wanted to try the zero sugar wild cherry Pepsi... I can not drink it. Has any one in the company actually tried this nonsense? It tastes bad. So bad, I needed to write a review. I think someone should take a cans of the zero sugar wild cherry Pepsi to the CEO and Board and ask them if they like it. Anyone who says they like it is lying. Please fix this. I would like to be able to drink and ice cold cherry Pepsi again, but without all the sugar. If this cannot be fixed, I can not be a Pepsi customer anymore.

I am NOT a fan if the new way Pepsi has…

I am NOTva fan if the new way Pepsi has decided to package their 710ml bottles! They dine away with the plastic that would hold 6 bottles together. Belive me, I understand about the environment. Now they have cardboard that holds the 6 bottles together. Really, incredibly difficult to get the bottles apart! Please, if there is a trick to getting the cardboard off tell me!!

Recently, my daughter inadvertently consumed a Nimbooz drink from a packed 7 Up bottle. To my dismay, upon closer inspection, I discovered something alarming in the bottle that raises serious questions about the safety of your product. I have attached pictures of the bottle, highlighting the issue in question. This discovery has not only raised concerns about the well-being of my family but also about the integrity of the products being sold by your esteemed company. I am reaching out to you with the expectation that swift and appropriate action will be taken to investigate and rectify this matter. Additionally, I am contemplating seeking legal recourse through consumer court if necessary, as the safety of consumers should be of paramount importance to any reputable company. They do not respond to product issue emails which is alarming for health and safety reasons

I purchased a 24 case of Pepsi zero sugar and came across one can that wasn't sealed properly, you could tell because it was kind of "squishy" rather than hard from a seal. I opened it and there was no carbonation and tasted awful. I thought aw well and let it go. I came across another can in the same state in the package and noticed that there was clearly a defect in the can along the seal top. I sent an email through their website as this is obviously a health and safety issue for both the public and possibly even the warehouse workers if the sealing mechanism was damaged in their machines. After a week I received a request to rate my email experience with "James" from Pepsi, but unfortunately James never contacted me. I decided to wait several weeks and still have not been contacted, which is frustrating because I've just had this packaging and unsealed product sitting in my home ever since. I made a call to the customer service line, after waiting a long time the line was picked up and the agent did not say anything to me before hanging up. I've now been on hold for a half an hour. This is completely awful experience I did not expect. Truly terrible.

It was a total madness to ruin the original Pepsi

Like the title says, it was an absolute madness to ruin the original Pespi taste with artificial sweeteners. It's disgusting and undrinkable now. What the hell is the management thinking ruining a legendary drink that's been loved for decades.

There are plenty of sugar free alternatives. But no, let's just ruin the last drink that was drinkable amongst their whole selection.

Off to enjoy my Coca-Cola now.
