Excellent and reliable research company. I have participated in research projects with this company since 2021. The topics are always varied and interesting. Enjoyed participating as gave opportunity to give feedback.
I participated in a research survey for DWP / HMRC which related to the activities I do to support my elderly mother with her state pension. It was a really interesting experience and provided me with a opportunity to provide feedback not available via any other means. It also enabled me to ask for support for a question relating to a specific pension query I'd been unable to get addressed elsewhere. Worthwhile doing.

Good Honest Company - No Complaints
So far, I've had a great experience with People for Research. There are a lot of jobs up there and I've done a assignments for them.
They pay on time, and the only time I've had a slight issue with them was when they didn't pay my referral fee. However, the team got on it straightaway, they gave me plenty of updates as they were investigating. Once they did their internal stuff, they sent me a link to claim my referral fee.
A lot of the jobs pay in vouchers, but I don't mind that because you can get the Love Money voucher which can be spent in a lot of places. Also, I shop at Aldi, and they do their vouchers as well.
I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about it. You won't make a living out of just this, even if you sign up to other sites as well, but you can make some good spare cash here and there.
The times you have to wait to get paid vary from client to client. Some will pay you in a few days, some take a couple of weeks. This is important to bear in mind because you receive your payments directly from the company you worked for.
Lastly, I'd say that the app is pretty easy to use, although it's a bit buggy when looking at past jobs and stuff, that's the only bit that I would improve. However, that little thing isn't enough for me to downgrade from 5 stars to 4. If I could I'd give them 4.9, and the final .1 when they fix that part of the site!

As someone new to research and PfR I found the whole process from applying, to the online website testing, to be very uncomplicated and a great learning experience for me. I enjoyed the testing process with a very calm and friendly interviewer and was made to feel valued, as did my PfR interviewer make me feel valued.
