We are extremely disappointed to hear any negative feedback from a client.
Whilst we appreciate and encourage all honest customer feedback, we feel it pertinent to address the remark which you have made which seems to imply your expectations were raised in relation to the outcome of your case.
We understand your frustration that the conclusion of your case was not what you had hoped for.
However, not all client’s cases are in fact claims for compensation therefore, cannot be assessed by a statutory ombudsman or Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
We are very transparent with clients throughout the investigations process as we were with yourself and as a diligent firm would never offer any guarantees on the outcome of a case.

Great result !!
Took just over a year for the claim to be settled but, hey, £69,700 hit my bank account this morning........ The Jack Russell can look less worried now as we are having turkey for Christmas :-) Seriously though, great result and top research by the team in investigating the incorrect advice I was given. Oustanding service Highly recommended.............
I've been given my life back..from a truly very competent and extremely helpful company.. No discussion is too trivial and it took two months from the application being presented (once all documentation was ready ) to the FSCS.. to actually receiving the full compensation payment.. And it doesnt stop there..as further compensation is being 'professionally' explored with a high probability of a maximum compensation payout again.. I cannot recommend Pension Claim Consulting more highly ..If you lost your pension or a significant proportion of it from a SIPP 'that went south' ..Give them a call. You won't regret it !

All the promises to get my business then failed
During telephone discussions i was told that the claim would include more than just my losses on investment including some of the money i should have made. Final outcome is 3k less then that originally invested and then have to pay fees - all promise and no action - could not recommend at all.

I nearly hung up when I received the…
I nearly hung up when I received the initial call out of the blue to advise "you have a valid claim" but was pleasantly suprised with the no hard sell of what Pension Claim Consulting could do for me.
