Good experience with PennyMac
This is our second investment property mortgage with PennyMac. Gabriel Medina was our initial loan officer. Gabriel was very helpful with discussing different loan options. Communication with the whole PennyMac team was good. Fees were reasonable. Process took a little longer than I anticipated, but I would definitely use the PennyMac team for future mortgages.
