Stay away from this company, unless you want to lose your money!

I used this company 5 years ago and everything was great.
I made a reservation for Tirol, hotel and everything went well.
This summer I made a reservation again and 24 hours prior arriving to the hotel I contacted the agency and informed them that we have Covid 19 and therefore we are not able to travel.
They told us that we have to reservation and we actually buyed the hotel sejour from another company via their website.
According to the GDPR rules they sold my bank account details and my credit card details to Dertour.de , they went to my bank account and took without my authorization almost 1000 Euro.
They're are thieves!
I reported to the authorities and now we are waiting for the police investigation.
