Customer service from the staff in the centre is brilliant, and prices are good, however, rude driver who blocks the street, leaves my gate open and does not put my coal in the bunker.

Excellent firm ... will deliver on the day even after hours. The way to my bunker is not easy, but my fuel is always delivered.

Prompt service and the driver carries 100yds to my bunker with a smile, the team in the office are always pleasant.

Have used Pearson’s for many years and service is excellent, I leave yard door open for Ged, he is great if I see him he is always so helpful and stacks logs and coal, nothing is a problem for him and highly recommend him and Pearson’s to everyone

Excellent products. Delivered with no fuss. No physical contact. We leave the back gate open for the coalman, Ged, and he quietly lets himself in and puts the coal and wood away neatly in the appropriate sheds. The chimney sweep identified our fireplace as dangerous to use where other sweeps had laughed at it but still gave a certificate. Paul condemned it. It was then fixed and is safe to use. Brilliant, reliable service.

I've been getting Hotmax fuel logs from Pearsons for years now. This is not only an outstanding product, sold at what must be the lowest price in the Borders -- it's also delivered with a fantastic quality of service, neatly stacked in my and my neighbour's garage. (We share a bulk delivery.) Friendly and efficient service at the other end of the email too!

Exceptional company, would highly recommend! Problem with architects drawings, but Pearsons went above & beyond to fit stove, had them back to sweep chimney too & wouldn't go anywhere else. Starter pack of fuel with stove is great idea & their kiln dried wood is perfect.

A week ago I paid for 30 paving slabs to get delivered for a project in my garden,they arrived last week. Having thought about realised I hadn't thought the job through,so changed my mind. Called yesterday to see if they would take them back was told they would but would have to check so left my number and someone would call this morning. Came home no call , so called them explained the situation saying it was my own fault was told I would have to pay £50 for the lorry to take them back, I didn't expect it nothing but feel that is a bit expensive. I have used them a lot rebuilding my house we bought, not anymore. The lorry passes my house most days. Mkm here I come for the garden renovations we are doing. Not a happy customer.
