I made the mistake of ordering these shoes. I ordered them on May 22nd, paid with PayPal that same day. I finally received the shoes on July 2nd. The shoes are ok, maybe a bit small. I emailed them multiple times during the 6 weeks it took for them to get to me. Their reply was "can you be patient for a few more days?"
Never order from these people. The shoes are not worth the wait. Very poor customer service.

Glad I didn't read these reviews before I ordered mine. They came promptly, correct size, and most comfortable shoes to work in.

I bought here the shoes.
Five minutes later I noticed that the shoes are too small.
10 minutes later, I sent a message to this company that they should send me a number larger.
They ignored that and wrote that I should send the shoes back at my expense.
The lies that they did not get my message, even though they have just responded to this message !!!

Do not buy pearlfeet. It is a scan. If they dont fit they want you to pay expensive shipping back to China!!

This company Sucks.... No customer service, no return on bad products. I pursed a pair of saddles the strap broke the first day. Had to pay my local shoe shop to repair... BAD NEWS COMPANY !!!

The great part is that the shoes arrived in a timely manner and are decent quality for price as well as being accurate according to the item's description. However, they are the wrong size and customer service has been a joke. I am trying to return them according to their return policy and have had little to no response.

like many other reviews have stated, stay clear of this company, the products ship from Hong Kong its been 2 weeks and I dont know if I'll ever receive these water shoes

With so many other options to choose from, by from a legit company. to refund YOU pay the shipping to China!!

Ordered shoes. Waited a couple of weeks and they sent me an Email saying that the delivery could not be shipped to me. No explanation. I did get a refund though. Avoid.

Ordered a pair of shes and they sent 2 sizes too small. Have been trying to get in touch with them through email and Facebook but not even the decency of a reply. I would have given zero stars but that wasn't an option. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!

Let them know shoes were to small and they said I should give them to someone as I would have to pay to send them back to China and that is very expensive. Would have never bought them if i knew they were coming from China.

Never order shoes from these people!!! First pair were too small. They say I ordered another pair which I did not do. It has been 5 weeks since they were shipped and no shoes!!! No luck with customer service dept.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes they are 2 sizes to big. With no luck on returning them, no return label, no customer service department nothing. If anyone is thinking about ordering from Pearlzone, I would say don't do it. This is bad.

No return slip, customer service are as helpful as a chocolate teapot on a hot fire. Had to go to Paypal to try and get something do about this crappy company. It should be shut down and made to cease trading. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.!!!! Cheap crappy materials and a lack of communication to boot.

Pearlzone sucks. Sent me small size shoes and not even replying to my emails for the refund. Googled a bit after that and saw customer reviews, and 100% of the reviews said they had the same issue. Websites and business like these must be closed by local government.

I ordered shoes and it took 5 weeks to get them. Once they arrived they were too small. I tried numerous times to contact Pearlzone. All I received were messages telling me to contact pearlzone customer service. I did that over and over with no response or once again telling me to contact them at pearlzone customer service, which I was doing. Sending a Facebook message through Messenger was also a waste of time. They reply with "We will be with you shortly", and never do, or "You have reached us after hours" or "contact us at, "pearlzone customer service" , which is a joke. This is the second pair of shoes I have ordered from Pearlzone and I love their shoes but if the shoes are not right once they arrive, you are on your own, forget returning or exchanging; their customer service is non existent. I will not order from them again!!

First time ordering put in for the size I have wanted and u sent two sizes to small not a very good company at all very disappointed.

I ordered these sandals and they were the wrong size. Cannot get thru to anyone to return them for correct size. They are from China and you can get no information to return them. Please do not order from this company

Ordered sandals and they arrived 6 weeks later. They packaged them in a flimsy wrap and they came squashed. Poor quality and NOT worth the $40. Since they came from China they said shipping would be too expensive so now I’m out money. The other thing is, the website says company is out of London so I thought this is where they were coming from, someplace cool. Guess not. Don’t order from here.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this Company April 10th and it was on my charge April 11th. It is now May 29th and I still do not have the shoes. I did an IM from them around May 9th that they had been shipped from China. I have now received 3 emails from them saying my item failed to deliver even though all the information is correct. It gives me a tracking number and says t contact the post office. The number they are giving me in not from the post office and the post office does not know who it belongs to. I have emailed this company multiple times with no response!!
