Recently ordered a tennis racket from PDH. It's my 4th time ordering from them and each time has been spot on. Fast delivery when posted, also went into the store in Duffield where they were very helpful finding what I needed.

I ordered from PDH Sports after being let down by another well-known padel supplier, and I couldn't be happier with their service. My order arrived incredibly quickly, though there was a small mix-up with the racket. However, their customer service team was fantastic—super helpful and efficient. They immediately sent out the correct racket and arranged collection of the incorrect one the very next day. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend PDH Sports and will definitely be using them again for my future padel needs!

I bought a pickleball paddle from here in December 2024, really good price. Unfortunately it developed a fault but with no problem at all, they accepted it back and sent me a replacement. Great prices, quick delivery and great customer service (namely Marcus).

Have bought a few things and always had a good experience. I have written this review as I bought a pair of Padel shoes from pdh and unfortunately when I put them on one of the catches for the lace pulled apart at the seem. They asked me to write a review which I gave 1 star for the product and they contacted me immediately. I sent photos of the faulty product and from the photos they sent them to babolat and I was sent a replacement pair (no charge). It was somewhat unexpected as the fault occurred when I put the shoes on. I am very grateful for there excellent customer service

They send me wrong order of the balls I ordered.

Looked everywhere for these squash shoes and they where the only people who had them.
They were a good price and delivered on time.
Great communication from the company to arrange a delivery day to suit me.

Great customer service! Often you only discover what an online supplier is like when things go wrong. When a pair of shoes I recently bought developed a fault shortly after receiving them (no fault of PDH) Abbey in Customer Service dealt with the problem promptly, politely and effectively. Thank you for your assistance, you made problem resolution pain-free.

I have been so impressed with PDHsports. The range of equipment is excellent, with many cutting edge much of the new and best on the market available. The price is always better than I can find elsewhere. The information, guidance and support is always clear, informative and helpful. In addition to the fantastic selection of squash, padel and tennis equipment, the customer service is truly 5 star. Orders arrive in a timely fashion and should things go wrong Abby in particular will take fantastic care of you to make sure all is resolved. The personal touch in this scenario goes so far and is extremely well done.

Recently browsed around their website and purchased a pair of squash shoes - exceptional customer experience and product variety! Highly recommend this place for getting sports equipment.

My questions were answered quickly by the customer support team and the responses were very helpful. They have one of the widest variety of racket sports equipment that I have seen in the UK and at very reasonable prices (and they often have good promotions going on too!)

First class service in terms of ease of use, price and product offering, I have used them on a number of occasions to order Padel gear. However the real measure of a business/Brand is when a problem arises, I had an issue with a racket, their customer service lady came back to me the same day, asked for some images and the following day informed me a replacement would be despatched that day. It duly arrived today the whole experience was first class, I could not recommend them any higher to anyone ordering on line

I have a badminton tournament coming up so needed these shuttles but have been left very disappointed. I received an email informing me these were back in stock and visited the website and placed an order.

I purchased 50 tubes of Yonex AS30's shuttles the transaction and order went through at £1102.50

I was then emailed latter to be informed the price was incorrect, my order was cancelled and the web price increased to £1299.50 a difference of £197

Pdhsports should have honoured an advertised price, other companies like Central Sports & Badminton HQ have the same shuttles in stock at a similar price I suggest people use them instead because their is no guarantee this company will fulfil your order, your just going to get messed around.
