Impossible to cancel the free trial
Sadly, as others have reported, I too tried it for the seven day trial. The only way to cancel was via the support@ email address - I received no reply and $35.40 has been charged to my account. I tried it to compress a PDF and that worked fine; so, if you will use the facilities of the site it may be a fair investment but take great care or you may be paying for it for evermore.

I tried a free trial with this website, to compress a PDF, with the option to cancel head of paying for a subscription. I followed the steps to cancel, which were along the lines of emailing the email address provided, I did this twice no response. And then today, a yearly payment has been taken from my account. I have still had no response from this website and I will be taking action.
