Horrible communication & return wait time

Sent my 160gb ipod in to be repaired the beginning of September and just now got it back middle of November ridiculous over 2 months its repaired but now says it's 130gb storage size that's 30gb smaller and they didn't even notify me about this. And had they absolute worst communication from any company I have ever dealt with barely ever answer the phone never call you back left messages on there answering machine that's all you'll ever get 95 percent of the time recommend looking else were for your repair needs!

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY

I sent my son's zune in to be repaired and got a diagnosis in a few weeks and tried to ok the repair by phone and email and now have been trying to get some kind of response from them for over 4 weeks. No one answers the phone or email. Do not use this company. The only good reviews I saw had to be written by the company to keep the scam going. If they are legitimate then they fail so bad as to look like a scam!

NO COMMUNICATION!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A FRAUD! DONT USE THEM!

I sent two I-pods off over 6 weeks ago for repair. They finally gave me a diagnosis for the IPOD's after 2 1/2 weeks. The amount of time it took them to diagnose the problem should have clued me in. Two weeks after sending payment for repair I sent an email asking when I could expect my Ipod to be done, I was informed that it should be done and shipped within the week. It has now been over 4 weeks since I sent payment ($175) to them...and still no IPODS. I have sent multiple emails without reply. I finally got in contact with someone on the phone at the company. He said one of my IPODS was fixed and the other had yet to be fixed, but they should ship today. Right..like I believe them. I am a super patient person and my patient's has gone out the window. I fully understand it taking one to two weeks to fix something, but come on four weeks for the LCD screen on one and the board on another to be replaced!!! I should have just ordered the part and done the repair myself!! This company is a fraud and a joke. If I do not receive my IPODs by this Monday, I am reporting them to PAYPAL, and the Better Business Bureau. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

No communication - not repaired

I had to keep calling to find out the status of the repair of an iPhone. When I finally got someone, he said he was trying to figure out what was wrong. It has been one month since they received it. Have asked for its return.

Best repair company

I have used them twice. Once on my iPad and another with my daughters DS. I have to say that it was all in all a great experience. We had some communication issues once, but that was because they were in between a move. Cannot fault them. Recommend

No Cusotmer Service

Purchased an I-Pod battery and received the wrong battery. Sent three emails to PDASmart for help exchanging for the correct battery. I never heard back from them. So I’m out $45.00. This company lacks customer service and I recommend you stay away from them

DONT ANSWER EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS

i sent them my zune to repair. it wouldnt turn on. I have been calling them for the entire month that they had it NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, OR EMAILS ME BACK!!!! I called them EVERYDAY ATLEAST 10 TIMES, NO ANSWER!!!!
My zune wont turn on still!!!!! THEY SUCK! i would NEVER go back to these people!

Horrible Service

Like the other 2 reviewers, I've had to send it to them twice already for repairs. The first time It took about 3 months for the fix and it came back broken in a different way. Now, I've already been waiting for 3 months on the 2nd repair and I have no idea when I'll get it back. I sent my device away 139 days ago. It still isnt' fixed.

They do answer the phone when you call and they do respond to email, but they sure don't work very quickly, or very well.

Buyer Beware!

I sent in my iQue 3600 PDA for repair. They had my PDA for 4 (yes, FOUR) months! Each time I inquired about the repair and return of the PDA, Kendall would say that they had tested it and it needed another part or that the part was ordered and would be arriving 'today' or that it still had to pass one last test. Finally, after 4 months, they sent it back and it didn't work at all -- wouldn't even turn on, although it had been working when I sent it in but only needed the backlight repaired. I returned it and they 'fixed' it again, only to return it still not working a 2nd time after I had paid for the work. The 2nd time they sent it back, it appeared to be working, so I sent them a 2nd PDA for repair, only to discover that the 1st one wouldn't hold a charge for more than an hour, which had not been a problem that I had had with it before they 'fixed' it!!!

awesome place

I was quoted 80.00 over the phone so I sent in my iphone. They sent an email saying that the charge was only 45.00 and that the phone was on its way back to me. They could have taken the whole 80.00!! I respect that and I recommend them fully.

horrible horrible company

PDASMART.com is a scam, i sent in zune for repair and they sent me back my zune with even worse damage. plus charged me 100 dollars thou i was quoted 20$ at first. sent it back to be fixed again free of charge and it was sent back 3 months later still BROKEN. WORST company ever.
