Website Lead Times Are Lies
I tried to place an order online for a product advertised as being produced in 5 days. I could not place the order online and instead had to fill out a quote request. Then it takes 5 business days to set up a consultation request. When I called and talked to a representative, they told me that lead time for this item is FIFTEEN business days. On top of that frustration, I could barely understand their words between the accent and background noise and echo from their phone. Had I known the lead time was 3x longer than listed on the website, I could have prepared better. As it stands now, I have to scramble to get my items from a different vendor. I awarded 1 star because the price. Next year, I will not attempt to use this vendor for our industry conference.
