When my laptop needed a new screen, they did what they said they'd do and charged as quoted. They even dropped my laptop back to the house (I'm a pensioner). great people.
Lying to customers about the diagnostics trying to cone them for virus removal even tho there is no viruses on the computer. Also the guy with dark beard which is the owner im assuming was literally drunk when he served me. Would never recommend this place especially for elderly people as they are trying to make the most of money on them.
I have been to PCMACDOCTORS shop near Richmond Bridge on 19th Jan 2025 to resolve a software update issue. I was very pleased by their professional advise and resolving my problem on my laptop. I convey my great thanks again to PCMACDOCTORS.
We have used P C Mac Doctors a number of times over the years for phone screen replacements and they have been good. However we have had a terrible experience with my daughters laptop recently, they fixed the screen less than a year ago at great expense but now the screen is not working again they have refused to honour the years guarantee insisting we pay a further £90 to investigate. They also damaged the laptop when replacing the screen in the first place.
I would recommend giving them only simple tasks as they cannot be trusted with more complicated problems and are not trustworthy. We will not be using them again.
Highly recommend PC Mac Doctors. We've been using them for years to service our phones, laptops, desktops and iPods. Always really helpful, great service at a good price. They have saved us thousands over the years through updating and upgrading our devices rather than replacing them.
