After sales support is terrible.

After sales support is terrible.
1) Their after sales services is the worst in Romania, after you ordered, they refused to solve a product on warranty, I have sent a damaged product and it came back the same and they concluded it has no issue even if I clearly wouldn't lose my time to ship the product just to get it back the same as initially sent. They didn't test it for more than 10 seconds for sure, I had to buy another products from other website because of that.
2) They refused the return for a product in the past even if my argument was valid, lost time in endless conversations back & fort with them.

Worst customer support ever if you sent a component to service they sent u a messages instantly giving you the money. No report to say what is wrong and what tests they done whit it. Refused to talk to me and just replace it. Better to just file a ANPC report on them. They have 1 person on every departament for example the lady at the financiar department is working there for over 10 year despise numeral reports on her ass. I hope they burn. Never using them.

B2B Customers Beware: "Check on Delivery" is a trap at PC Garage

Rating: ⭐

I am writing this as a corporate client to warn other businesses about the rigid and unprofessional return policy at PC Garage .

I purchased a monitor with the "Check on Delivery" (Deschidere Colet) service included. I opened the cardboard box only to inspect the color, realizing the black version didn't fit our office aesthetics. I immediately contacted them to exchange it for the white version of the same model.

Even though the monitor is brand new, never powered on, and all internal accessories and protective films are strictly SEALED, customer support refused the commercial return. Their reasoning? Because the outer tape on the cardboard box was cut.

This is a total logical fallacy: the shop offers and charges for a "Check on Delivery" service, but if you actually use it to inspect the goods, they claim you "unsealed" the product and void your return rights. For a B2B partner, they offer zero flexibility, choosing to hide behind the fact that Romanian law (OUG 34/2014) doesn't strictly mandate returns for legal entities.

Instead of finding a solution for a loyal customer who wanted to spend more money on a different model, I received arrogant responses and "legal lessons." If you are a business, be careful: at PC Garage, a piece of adhesive tape is worth more than a long-term partnership. We will be moving all our future hardware procurement to their competitors.

DO NOT BUY , THERE IS NO WARANTY

Uite o variantă în engleză, perfectă pentru Trustpilot, Google Reviews sau forumuri internaționale. E super critică, lovește fix în problema lor și expune toată schema:

Title: Absolute scam! Their warranty is worthless if prices go up.

"DO NOT buy from PC Garage! If your component breaks and its market price has increased, they will refuse to honor the warranty and leave you at a massive loss.

Here is my experience: I bought a 2TB M.2 SSD from them. It died after 6 months. I sent it in for warranty, and the defect was confirmed. The catch? The price of this exact SSD has DOUBLED since I bought it, even though it is still IN STOCK on their website.

Instead of replacing the defective unit as the law dictates, PC Garage pulled a dirty trick. They claimed a replacement would bring them 'disproportionate costs' and forced a refund at the original, historical purchase price (plus a miserable 10% discount voucher). Because of inflation, I can't even buy half an SSD with the money they returned. They basically shifted the cost of inflation onto the customer just to protect their profit margins.

I even contacted the manufacturer (Kingston) directly. Kingston's support told me to get the defective unit back from the store so they could do a direct RMA. This proves the manufacturer actually honors their products, while PC Garage just uses cheap legal loopholes to scam their own customers.

WARNING for anyone buying RAM kits: If you bought a dual-channel kit when it was cheap and one stick dies, DO NOT send it to them! They will force you to send the whole kit, keep your perfectly working second stick (which is now worth triple), and refund you the old, useless price.

The local consumer protection agency covers their backs, so you are on your own. Their warranty is a complete joke. Avoid this store at all costs if you care about your money and your hardware!

Do not buy from them!

Even though everything is documented, PC Garage does not honor the warranty. Very frustrating. I do not recommend them– not even for the worst enemy.

Buyed pc gaming balaur epic ultra for 1300 euros and it arrived defective with crashes happening constantly due to the gpu (in games that were very undemanding). Then i sent the pc in the service and after 2 weeks it arrived with the same defect plus a damaged computer case and without the alimentation cable. Then they sended the product in service again after me requesting a refund and after another 2 weeks (1 month total) i received my money back on the product.Time wasters and scammers.Ended up buying a sh pc with better components for 1000 euros.

Defective product

Defective product!
Product purchased from PC Garage via eMAG. Depanero found that the product was defective (official report).
PC Garage and Emag refuse to issue a refund and keep passing responsibility between each other. Zero respect for the customer. Avoid.

Terrible experience. I do not recommend this store in any way.

I do not recommend this store in any way. The experience was extremely disappointing, with poor communication and zero willingness to actually help. Instead of investigating the issue properly, they hide behind generic responses and procedures, refusing to take responsibility.

Customer support is uncooperative, dismissive, and clearly focused on avoiding solutions rather than providing them. What used to be a reliable store has clearly gone downhill. Very frustrating experience. If something goes wrong after you pay, you are on your own.

Low quality service

I bough a GPU from them, mind you very expensive, being the latest GPU on the market. After 6 months the GPU broke, I had to send the GPU back to their service so it could be, in what they said switched with another one.
After another 6-7 months I have the same problem, while gaming thew GPU just breaks. I requested a refund. They didn't give it to me, just ignored the request and sent "another one"(the same model).
Now I am at the "3rd" GPU(same model(maybe the same one)), same problem. Mind you, 1 week+ has passed I cannot contact the service because the support agent doesn't answer service questions. For your answer you have send a message through their website and wait until they want to message back.
Please don't buy from them even if it is a promotion, you will probably have some problem and not even receive an answer to your questions, because the support is garbage. Not because of the people working there mind you, but because of the type of support that is available.

I am a client since 2009 and now i made a PC build for a friend and when i was trying to build it, I noticed that the motherboard had a CPU Socket PIN bent. I wrote them (didnt even pass 48hrs) and they told me that they wont accept to change it because it cant be possible to be bent from factory, and the only thing that they could do is to send it to a service and me to pay for it to be fixed

They don`t Refund money even if products are damaged and not working

Ordered some RAM`s for my PC, i received order, unpack, put the RAM in the PC, and when start gaming they give error ( Blue screen )
I`ve contacted them to Return and Refund the amound and from start they refused to pay back saying that if i bought the parts on company i`m not allowed to ask for refund :)).
Honestly i don`t care the money, it`s a small amound ( aprox 25-30€ ), but i will contact Buyer`s Protection and open a case in their name.

Horrible support and terrible services

Horrible support and terrible services. I sent a motherboard with a problem and when it arrived they made a single photo with a bent pin( i sent it in perfect shape, made tons of videos and photos) accusing me of negligence. After telling them I had photos they told me its my fault for not putting a cap on the socket and that the bubble wrap somehow with amazins precision bent a tiny bit the pin upwards with no force on the wrap while in the box moving from my place to them. Because of that after almost 2 weeks they denied my warranty, i truly believe they did it purposefully just to avoid warranty. I had a friend with a defect on his prebuild pc and when he sent it his gpu was forced out of the motherboard, both damaged. They couldnt even repair it while being payed(took them 2 weeks as well to conclude this) and suggested they replace all of them. He sent both of the damaged products to a nice service and repaired them in less than a day. They are some of the worst there is on the market, avoid at all costs, they dont even have a complaint department themselves.

great site

I bought PC parts from PCGarage and they arrived quickly, not damaged, and much cheaper than on eMAG. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews.

No support

I bought a dishwasher, it came with a defect ( the water was leaking ). When I called the customer service they replied with a long set of instructions... they were not helpful at all when it comes to respecting the warranty.
It is clear that they are only helping until you buys something, but when you need support in case of a defect they give you a set of instructions, send a mechanic and your are the one who need to handle basically everything without any support.
Bad experience!
It's better if you buy from other sites like Emag, Altex, Cel etc. The support if way better for those sites.
Avoid PC Garage as much as you can!

Customer Service Experience

Bought a set of keyboard + mouse and arrived with the mouse been broken and I ask to return it, this is the first time I was asked to call a courier and pay for the transport. (Ben "huh" meme)
I mean why are those people even hired for? if they are so lazy to give a call and take responsibility to pay for their mistakes. (Humans makes mistakes right but at least take reasonability maybe?)
So, disgusting to have human interaction with those kinds of people, might be better to have AI and just lay off the lazy people.
Me personally I would avoid them and buy from another store in the future.
