Decent Service, But Expensive for Rural Areas
PCPartner is one of the few fiber optic internet providers available in my area, so options are limited. While I appreciate that they’re offering high-speed service in a rural setting, the pricing feels a bit steep compared to what's reasonable for this type of market. That said, their customer service does what it can—responses are generally helpful and polite, even if not always quick. The connection is mostly reliable, though it has its quirks now and then. Overall, it's a decent provider, but there's definitely room for improvement in pricing and consistency.
