Very good experience!

I frequent the one at Lyngby Storecentre, always great service, even when they are extremely busy like today. Amazing pancakes, they have an offer 4 pancakes and 1 litre icecream for kr. 300, you need to try this!

Tried two different locations and the service in both was truly awful. First place had a very young and clearly inexperienced worker in charge, who was so overwhelmed that it was really hard to get a simple request fulfilled. The second time the workers refused to sell us a waffle because they were closing in an hour. Like, ok. I can see that you don't want to work, so I'll take my business elsewhere. Management of this chain must be thoroughly inept.

This afternoon I stopped by the store(Carlsberg)...very bad service...for such an expensive ice cream shop...the 2 girls that were serving weren't doing anything...and they didn't care about helping me...after asking them if they could take my order...they served me poorly...they made the ice cream with very little quantity and threw it at me rudely on the counter...I asked for ice cream in a cone and she gave it to me in a cup...when it was time to charge me...she turned away and didn't say thank you or goodbye or even ask me if I needed the receipt...very bad service...we left disappointed...we will not recommend the ice cream shop to our friends and family

Pick up /online ordering not available Sundays at Fbg center. I went there the day before and tried to pre book/ order online and get the 10% for the online order. The person in charged just told me that they couldn’t offer the 10% and that the pick up function doesn’t work for Sundays. I told them it was an ok order of 460dkk. Not big, but also not small. Still they preferred not to do it.

I fully understand that you can’t get the offer on the spot, but if your system isn’t working then it would be good customer service to accommodate specially when u show up in person . I came all the way to hear about it and had some ice cream as well. I like Peter Beier, but the shop in Fbg center needs more attention and cleaning… vs the one in Falkoner Allé which is fantastic.

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. Went to pick it up from the shop and i got told that they have a problem with the system, then said there's a high demand period, and eventually got nothing and got sent home. Summary: paid and received confirmation, then got nothing but unprofessional attitude.

Very poor service

How much a shop can be stupid! Unbelievable amount!
Went to the axel tower branch to have an ice cream.
They put used spoons next to a place they serve ice cream and tissue paper and don't understand ppl are excited about ice-cream and might not read the sign and might take the used spoon of others.

Seriously is the top counter the place you keep used spoon of ppl ?

Do the ppl who run this shop even have brain to use????

Will never go to this place!

I was so disgusted after i found out the spoon i took was a used spoon of another person!

Placed an order for Easter on April 1st and it was sent out the next day. Received the order soon after with GLS. Very happy with the quick turnaround and the free shipping. The packaging of the chocolate box is great and I know it will be a well received gift.
The only thing not quite great was the amount of packing foam in the delivery box. It would be nice to see a more environmentally friendly option for the delivery box.
