Unprofessional carpet fitter but happy withcarpet company
The carpet fit itself was great it was the fitter that caused me problems by breaking my wifi asfyer bring told plz dont touch it as its just been fixed, nails left on carpet me amd dog stood on them and his extra large binbag of rubbish was left for me to dispose of which cost me because the amount of different items in it that had to be recycled separately and then kieran stopped replying my texts very unprofessional guy that takes no care of people's things

Really happy with the service
Really happy with the service.
John who came and measured up was helpful and knowledgeable. We had kitchen and 2 bedrooms fitted with vinyl and carpets. The prices are very reasonable and love the quality of the finish. Chris and the 2 guys who attended were really friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough. I highly recommend and thanks for doing a great job!

I do like the offer of £10 a week to have new Carpets/Blinds. But the fitters do not take their rubbish away and then leave it all with you to deal with.

I recently had a carpet fitted throughout my home and couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The fitting was arranged quickly, and the team arrived on time and ready to get started.
The fitters were excellent – friendly, courteous, and clearly very experienced. They worked efficiently while paying great attention to detail, ensuring every room was finished to a high standard. The carpet has been fitted perfectly, with neat edges and a flawless finish throughout.
The quality of the carpet itself is outstanding. It looks fantastic, feels luxurious underfoot, and has completely transformed the rooms. Because I don't have alot of money spare and I can't get credit, pay smart carpets enabled me to pay only £10 a week and in time my whole house will be done. So far the kitchen floor has been laid and I'm now paying for the next room in my house. The work and produce is top quality and I'm very happy! Usually I wouldn't be able to afford floors like this but paysmart had made it possible. I highly recommend their services.

Awful customer service couldn't even…
Awful customer service couldn't even book me an afternoon appointment waited for a call back that didn't happen got a not so nice email when said I was going else where as couldn't get time off work for the morning appointment they wanted got another company coming next week fingers crossed these actually do there job and listen to the customer.
